Shipping Terms
· Australia wide shipping and shipping insurance costs are provided free of charge by DJ Toyz.
· Damage and loss in transit shall be covered by DJ Toyz as this is not the fault of the buyer.
· Goods are well packaged and we use professional logistics teams who can track our parcels at anytime.
· Shipping tracking numbers are available for your peace of mind via email request – sales@djtoyz.com
· The buyer is welcome to organise own transport and shall be fully responsible for all organisation and associated shipping costs and insurance.
· All Items shall be available for shipping within 1 - 5 days post your payment clearing.
· Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the goods in transit to arrive to your destination.
· Please do not purchase from us if you are not satisfied with the shipping terms.
Stock Availability
All products shall be listed as “In Stock” based on our supplier relationships however due to DJ Toyz daily sales
and supplier stock levels constantly fluctuating, please feel free to use our “Product Enquiry” tab for an up to
date stock availability report or for any other assistance you may require.
